By accessing and using the GoToMyWonderland app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised not to use the App.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the App team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access the App for your own personal use only.

As a user of the App, you are expected to use the app responsibly and with consideration for others. You agree not to use the app in a way that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any data or content you input into the App. We encourage you not to place personal or sensitive information in the app that you do not want to be public knowledge. You have the right to delete any or all data you input into the App at any time.

As of now, accessing the App is absolutely free with ticket price marked at $0.00. However, please note that the ticket price may increase. Despite potential changes in ticket pricing, current users who have signed up and created an account can rest easy. Your access to all future versions of the App remains uninterrupted, utilizing the same ID and password that were set up during your initial registration. Here are some important policies regarding ticket use:

• Lifetime Access with Purchased Tickets: Apart from free tickets, once acquired, your tickets are yours forever and can be redeemed at any time in the future, offering lifetime access to the App's evolving features.
• Free Ticket Validity: If you have a free ticket, it is crucial to redeem it before an increase in ticket price occurs. Failure to redeem your free ticket by the time of a price increase will result in the ticket being rescinded.
• Policy on Multiple Signups: In order to maintain a fair and equitable user environment, any attempts to create multiple accounts with free tickets by the same individual (natural person) will be detected and these accounts will be rescinded.

The App is exclusively crafted for personal use, catering to individuals (natural persons). We expressly prohibit registrations and usage by corporations, companies, groups, agencies, and similar entities. We ardently request all users to adhere to this policy. Any accounts found to be created for use by non-natural persons will be deactivated.

This policy is put in place to safeguard the personal nature of the interactions and experiences on the App. By promoting an individual-centric platform, we strive to develop a space where personal connections and individualized experiences are at the forefront. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this usage policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
